Refund and Returns Policy

 

Shipping returns

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please inform our sales team via our Customer Services Whatsapp Number 0317-4123315 or Contact Us within same date/day when you received the order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos and Video. We will assist you in arranging a return or replacement. If the issue is not highlighted within the threshold time, it will not be possible for us to facilitate on this matter.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is shipped wrong by the store, in this case the store will pay the one sided delivery cost. But if the item was delivered as per the order confirmed by customer and requested return due to change of mind, in this case Rs-/300 will be deducted from the payment anfree previously than customer will pay the delivery charges of both sides the exchanged product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 5 to 6 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping and packaging cost of R/s- 300 will be deducted from your refund.
